In any relationship there is one very important underlying rule; No Cheating! It’s an unspoken rule for a lot of people who decide to get into a long term commitment. All relationships are based on the foundation of trust. Trust in your partner not to lie, not to cheat and to be very forthright. If you are getting into a long term relation it is only fair on both individuals to be truthful so they can stay committed. In the past we often heard of men cheating, but now women do it too. Why do women cheat? What has changed? Why is the wife or girlfriend not faithful?

Well, let’s say that a woman does go astray; is it wrong? Why, men do it so much more! In an American Sexual Behavior study, fourteen percent of the married women have been known to cheat at least once; where as twenty two percent of married men have been found cheating! Let’s not compare the two, but try to understand if it’s correct to assume that women never cheated earlier. Its wrong, women have cheated in the past; but the numbers today are on the rise.

Men and women both work outside the home. Today a woman has come a long way in her career. She has become self-sufficient and men need to look at her as a productive individual. She can manage home and work, which is a tad difficult for the men. You can debate for hours on this aspect of a woman being able to multi- manage tasks. We are very conscious about our careers today, as we live in a very competitive world.

The maxim, the early bird catches the worm couldn’t be more appropriate for all of us today. So men and women both are highly involved in their careers, busy climbing ladders to reach the top! In all this the relationship between two people gets a back seat.
The man and woman grow apart physically. They do not have time for a fulfilling sexual relationship. Very often, a woman reminisces the days when it was fun just enjoying times in bed with your partner.

Children, responsibilities slowly get snared into your relationship and tangle you into a web. Now it’s more stressful. All your partner wants to do is sleep! He needs to understand that his woman craves for attention. If she cannot get it from her partner, she experiments and toys with the idea of infidelity. She then may venture out into a world where many individuals today gain happiness with that other man.

If another person makes her feel wanted it increases her feeling of self-worth. When the person who she thought was the man of her dreams starts neglecting her, she needs somebody to love and she too wants to reciprocate these feelings. If your wife cheats on you it need not necessarily mean you are at fault. Some women are born sex kittens!

Behavior such as this gets manifested when there is a change in her life that seems very important to her. An image makeover, where she looks extremely beautiful, or when she loses the much unwanted pounds or if she is going through a mid life crisis; all this contributes to a change in commitment.

A woman wants to feel desired by her partner. She needs sex and also a sense of closeness. She waits for her partner to do something different, which matters to her, as a surprise. She basically wants more intimacy. If she gets it from her partner she does not need to look for it outside.

Another very important aspect in most long term relationships is when your man takes you for granted. He knows you will be around for him. Well, it’s not true; this is a very important myth that needs to be busted right away.

A woman is always changing her avatar, from wife to mom to grocery shopper to holiday planner etc. She does all this unaided. The most common reason for a woman to cheat is revenge. Her partner may have cheated on her. She may have even forgiven him, but somewhere in the relationship she realizes he does not appreciate her enough. She then finds the only way to hurt him is to betray him as he did her!

So when we think of why women cheat, we need to scrutinize her relationship with her partner. We will certainly find any one of the above reasons. Who does not want a happy and loving relationship; but when you as a partner go off to a tangent no woman will tolerate it. So wake up and don’t just smell the coffee! It’s tough being a guy. Traditionally speaking, it’s still incumbent on the guy to make the first move and ask a girl out on a date. Thankfully, more and more, girls are taking the initiative. The trouble is, it’s like getting picked for teams in grade school. You never know when your name will be called. Therefore, guys must take charge of their own love life. For another tip, I’d recommend going through a listing of cultural events that are happening in your city. The benefit is the fact that you’re a foreigner in an ethnic party so you stand out. People are extremely hospitable during these parties. Be prepared to bring an appetite as lots of women will attempt to feed you. What a great conversation starter to talk about culture. Right away, it will let her know that you are interested in her background so bonus points from the beginning.

I have talked about stepping outside the comfort zone in order to meet women and to experience something new. But to be totally honest, single women are everywhere. They fill up for gas, they buy groceries, they wash their clothes at laundromats. It’s up to you to pick up on the tell tail signs. The most obvious would be a wedding ring but other subtle clues involve looking at what she’s buying and the quantity. After you have established the woman of interest, it’s about getting into the right frame of mind and having the guts to strike up a conversation where it isn’t the traditional dating meat market. Midmorning Snacks For a Low Carb Diet

One of the hardest parts of a low carb diet is finding snack foods to fill the cravings we have during the midmoring. Breakfast is easy because the old stand buys of eggs and bacon or eggs and sausage are both no carb meals. Stay away from boxed cereals as they are based on grain products and usually have added sugar both of which are high in carbohydrate levels. An omelet with eggs, some cheese, and breakfast meats is a very good low carb/no carb start to the day.

But what about the mid morning snack when your stomach starts to growl and you crave something to nibble on? Traditional mid-morning snacks are generally very high in carb levels. Donuts and danishes contain both grains, in the form of processed wheat, and loads of sugar. Grains and sugars are absolute no-no’s when on a diet to control carb intake. According to the USDA, one Danish with no nuts has about 152 grams of carbohydrates. A low carb diet generally limits the intake of carbohydrates to between 40 and 80 grams total per day. This means one small Danish has the total grams of carbs you are allowed for three whole days. This is not a good choice.

A much better idea would be to prepare for the morning snack when you are fixing breakfast. I really like bacon strips both as a breakfast meat and as a snack. When you cook bacon in the morning fix a few extra strips for later. I like to cook these a little longer to make sure they are good and crispy. Then when I start feeling the urge to snack around 10:00 I can nibble on the bacon strips. These are great because they take the pangs of hunger away and I really like the crunch. Chewing on something crunchy always seems to help with my cravings.

Another option is pork link sausages. These are great with eggs in the morning or you can slice them up and cook in an omelet. Whichever way you prefer them, cook up a few extra links and set aside. I put them on a napkin or paper towel to drain. These links work great as a snack that is easy to carry around. They really take the cravings away. Be careful if you buy them prepackaged because some companies add grain fillers and sugar or syrup to their sausage links. Be sure to read the nutrition box to check carbohydrate grams count.

The midmorning snack is important if you are trying to lose weight. I find that I over eat later in the day if I let myself get too hungry at this time. I also have a problem controlling my hunger if I slip and eat a high carb snack. If I get my body started eating carbs in the morning I have cravings all day long and my low carb diet plan goes right out the window.

A little planning at breakfast can give you a great tasting snack to curb those midmorning cravings. Every diet is difficult but with great tips and tricks a low carb diet seems to be easier to follow than other types of weight loss plans.
